SOOO I NEVER talk about how much I weigh.
In fact, like most women, skinny, curvy or overweight, it’s usually a forbidden topic!
But with the 30 Days of Fitness Challenge going, I feel it’s important that we (ladies) not obsess over the numbers on the scale.
While we can use those numbers as a guide of where would we like to be, it’s important to remember that those numbers do not define how we feel, how we look, or how healthy we are. Those numbers do not define how we feel, how we look, or how healthy we are.
You’re beautiful and wonderful no matter what that scale says. The person in the mirror says so 😉
