Hello there Pistils!
I only lost 4 lbs!! Just goes to show that it is not all about the numbers on the scale.
The only two things I changed was that I worked out for 30 days straight and I minimized my sweets habit, just a tad. Some of those days I only did 10 mins abs and skipped cardio, other days I only did 10 mins of cardio. Most days I did the routine I mentioned on the very first 30 Days of Fitness Post. Ultimately, I just wanted to make sure that each day I did SOMETHING.
The next go around, I definitely want to try to eat cleaner. My abs are there, but now that I have entered my mid-twenties, they are still under a layer of twizzlers, pb&js, candy, and cake. 😀 When I was in high school all I needed to do was RUN and everything was GONE… not these days. Stink-a-roo…
I will be starting the next 30 Days of Fitness with PolishedPistil.com the day of the Color Run November 3, 2013. Plan on getting a head start just before the holidays!
