30 Day Fitness Challenge Day 2
Today was a crazy day. CRAZY. Between the many-Mini activities, house chores, and meetings, the last thing I wanted to do was work out.
SO, I opted out of cardio, and said well, I can at least hold a Plank for 50 seconds; and did.
(Our family Maltipoo, Fiorella, then decided under my plank was the place to be -_-)
Now, 50 seconds doesn’t sound like much, but for someone out completely out of shape…it did it’s job. Woke up the next morning with a very sore core (drops the beat). Only 50 seconds of holding a plank, and my body was doing something!
So I say to you, do not be discouraged. This challenge isn’t about doing the most, but about pushing yourself to do more than what you’ve been doing. If doing more means 30 seconds of holding a plank, 15 mins of cardio, or 2 hours of cardio and 2 hours of lifting…DO IT. You got this! See you on Day 3!
