The BunThis one is a no brainer. Whether it’s high or low the bun is a great protective style for your hair. It’s super easy to do and keeps your hair out of hurt, harm and SWEAT!
The some up some down hairstyle works perfect for the gym. This style allows you to keep the hair out of your face while still looking stylish and cute at the same time. An extra plus is having some cushion for your hair when you’re on those mats doing those crunches.Twists (Pinned or Out)Twists are great workout friendly hairstyle because they keep your hair uniform. At the same time you can pin them up or pull them back out of your face. My favorite part about wearing my hair in twists to the gym is that after I leave the gym there is little to no maintenance once I get home. I just go to sleep and wake up with a banging twist-out in the morning!The Old Faithful PuffJust like the bun, the puff is super easy and convenient. If you were wearing a twist-out or braid-out during the day, the puff is a great hairstyle to use to keep your hair up while you workout but still maintain the original style. Or, if you’re like me, you can wear the puff all day, every day! I love puffs!
