SOOO I NEVER talk about how much I weigh. In fact, like most women, skinny, curvy or overweight, it’s usually a forbidden topic! But with the 30 Days of Fitness Challenge going, I feel it’s important that we (ladies) not obsess over the numbers on the scale. While we can use those numbers as a guide of where would we like to be, it’s important to remember that those numbers do not define how we feel, how we look, or how healthy we are.
